COVID-19 RESPONSE AND UPDATES

Welcome back! Our Coney Crew has been hard at work implementing enhanced safety measures as we prepare to reopen for dine-in seating. Beginning June 1, Coney I-Lander will reopen at limited capacity and will be following the guidelines established by the CDC, Oklahoma Department of Health and National Restaurant Association.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Masks and gloves on every crew member

  • Reconfiguration of seating areas to ensure social distancing

  • Social distancing indicators in all stores

  • Frequent cleaning of tables, chairs, booths and high-contact surfaces

  • Hand-sanitizing stations in all stores

  • Condiments available by request only

  • Delivery, carryout and drive-thru options

FAQs

What are you doing to keep guests safe?

Several new processes have been put in place for the safety of our stores including enhanced cleaning and sanitation, social distancing guides and reconfigured seating. Hand-sanitizing stations are available in all stores for guests to use.


Do I have to wear a mask in your store?

It is not required but encouraged. 


What are you doing to keep employees safe?

The safety and well-being of our employees is our number one priority. We have provided cloth masks to all employees. Gloves and hand-sanitizer are available at all times. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. 


What are your operating hours?

We are open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.


What if I don't feel comfortable dining in yet?

Not to worry! We have several options to get your coney fix! We offer local delivery through DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats, and several of our locations have a drive-thru.


Are you still offering Family Packs and Mega Packs?

Definitely! They are available all day, every day!

After careful consideration, Coney I-Lander has decided to keep our dine-in areas closed to ensure the safety of our guests and crew. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update on when our dining rooms will reopen.

You can still satisfy your coney crave through carryout, drive-thru and delivery options!

From our family to yours, we want to thank you all for your outpouring of support over the past several weeks. We've loved being a part of your family traditions for decades and hope to for decades to come.

At Coney I-Lander, our highest priority continues to be the health and well-being of our employees and all of our guests. After today’s announcement from Mayor Bynum, we are closing our dine-in services effective at 5 pm today. We will continue to serve guests through takeout, drive-thru, and delivery order options. We will be consciously spacing people in line to minimize person-to-person contact. We are also:

  • Elevating our cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures to further ensure food safety.
  • Increasing our cleaning and sanitizing times and frequency as well as implementing even stricter guidelines around the personal hygiene of our employees.
  • Requiring any employee who is not feeling well to stay home until they are no longer experiencing any symptoms. 
  • Continually assessing additional preventative measures needed to keep you and our employees safe.

From food safety to health and hygiene to cleaning and sanitation, we strive to go above and beyond all recommendations from the CDC as well as state and local government agencies. This is a rapidly changing situation, and we will continue to provide the most updated information on our website and Facebook.
